Why Is the Countdown Timer Not Showing?

If the countdown timer isn’t showing when you visit your page, check two things:

• Is the campaign running?
• Do you have valid coupon codes uploaded?

If the campaign is paused, finished, or not yet started, the timer will not show. 

Check the dates you have set for your promotion (remember that times are set in US Pacific). You can change the start and end dates at any time. If you want the promotion to run immediately, just set a date/time in the past.

The timer also won’t show if you don’t have any valid coupon codes. 

This could be because you haven’t uploaded any, they have all been redeemed, or your daily promo code limit has been reached. You can upload additional codes at any time.
