How to Cancel Your LandingCube Subscription
Here's how you can cancel your LandingCube subscription:
- Sign in to your LandingCube account
- Navigate to your account settings
- Go to the "Membership" tab
- Hit "Cancel Membership"
- Follow the confirmation steps
If you're within your trial, your account will remain open until the end of the trial, at which point it will close and you won't be charged.
If you're a paying subscriber, the account will remain open until the end of the current billing period.
Be aware, some accounts may be "grandfathered" in on cheaper subscriptions that are not offered anymore. If this is you, you will continue to be charged at this amount as long as your subscription is active. However, once you cancel, this plan will not be available, and you may need to sign up for a more expensive plan should you re-activate your account.
Alternatively, you can send an email to support@landingcube.com and our team will be happy to handle this for you. Your email will be passed to one of our billing team members, who will process the cancellation.
